VIDEO: Students play indigenous game ‘double ball’

Local elementary students stepped back in time today by playing indigenous double ball, a game First Nations women used to play many years ago to resolve disputes. Players use sticks to carry a small enclosed sack to score on the opposing team by striking the goal post for one point or wrapping the sack around it for two points.
