Oliver RCMP are searching for a man who reportedly exposed himself to a woman on the Hike and Bike trail this morning.

RCMP received a report today stating the incident occurred close to the Oliver Skate Park around 10 a.m.

The┬ásuspect is described as being in his late teens to early 20’s, approximately 5’10’, with dark brown well-groomed curly hair, a light complexion and an athletic build, wearing a blue/grey t-shirt and checkered blue shorts, said Corporal Christina Tarasoff.

“Oliver Detachment received two similar complaints in 2017 and it is believed that all these incidents are related,” Tarasoff said.

The suspect appears to be targeting adult females and is non-aggressive.

If anyone has any further information or is able to identify the suspect they are asked to contact the Oliver RCMP or Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.

Tarasoff said extra patrols will be dedicated to the area until the suspect is identified.
