Students at Oliver Elementary School got a lesson in conserving energy use from BC Lions Tyler Davis and Dyshawn Davis on Monday afternoon. The athletes taught students ways to cut down power use and ways to be more environmentally conscious.

The visit was part of the team’s “Energy Champions” initiative which focusses on teaching elementary students the importance of environmental responsibility.

Oliver Elementary School is one of over 75 in B.C. that athletes from the team are visiting.
